Refund & Exchange Policy

Vera Mae will accept exchanges and returns on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase. Items for exchange must be in original condition with all tags attached.

Shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

All items on sale are final and cannot be returned.

In the case that you believe an item is faulty, please contact veramaeinquiries@gmail.com.

If we deem the item faulty, we will endeavour to replace your item, and if we cannot

replace it, a refund will be provided.
